What is the service flow ? 

When you email or send request for on-line discussion to us with your inquiry, StarKlar will contact you first by e-mail to verify your inquiry.   

Step 1 : 

Once the inquiry is verified as excutable, later communication can be in the format by email , on-line conference or insant message tools to formulate work scope and deliverables.   

Step 2 : 

The service quote will be provided for reference. 

Step 3 : 

Upon both signed agreement to kick off

Step 4 : 

The deliverables could provided by stages or all at once depending on the case

How do StarKlar charge for service？

The service will be charged basically according to the complexity, the time it takes, and the expenditure such as traveling cost for on-site visiting if needed.

The service qoute will be provided at the beginning for your reference and charg certain % when task kick off.  

If the total service amount is less than USD200, it will be charged all at once.　 

We accept Bank Transfer Wire of payment or on-line payment via Paypal. 

What service deliverables do StarKlar provide？

The deliverables could be a list of potential customers, suppliers, market survey, evluation , on-site visiting report or meeting in the format of excel, ppt, word, project timeline.
